The absolute best indicators are regular fetal movements (once you reach that stage) and your routine growth scans. Don't rely on random symptoms like nausea, because they can come and go. Just stick to your prenatal checkups.

My doctor explained that medical professionals always count by weeks, starting from the first day of your last period. For example, weeks 1 to 4 are month 1, weeks 5 to 8 are month 2, and so on. It's much more accurate than counting calendar months.
