Im in my 5th month and everyone keeps telling me different things to eat for the baccha's brain. Walnuts, ghee, fish all kinds of stuff. What did u all actually eat that helped?

At my checkup the bp was on lower side and i was feeling dizzy when standing up. Doc didnt seem too worried but i didnt fully get why it drops. Is this a common thing in pregnancy? Just curious.
