I just found out and honestly im not in a place to continue this pregnancy right now. I dont want to do anything wrong or risky on my own, so I wanted to know what is the safe way and whether I should just go to a gynac directly. Pls dont judge yaar, just need some guidance.
im around 10 weeks and getting these dull headaches almost every afternoon. drinking water and resting but still. is this a normal pregnancy thing or should i mention it to my doc?
