Getting up from bed has become such a task with this belly, my kamar hurts if i do it wrong. 7 months going on. How do u all manage to get up safely?
I get bad lower tummy cramps sometimes and someone mentioned this medicine. Im 7 weeks and dont want to take anything without being sure. Has your doc allowed it in pregnancy?

Im 9 weeks and honestly so thaki hui all the time, even after sleeping full night. Work karna bohot mushkil ho raha hai. Does this go away in second trimester or stays?
