Oh god, during my first trimester, boiled sweet corn was one of the very few things I could actually keep down! The mild taste is really easy on the stomach when you are throwing up constantly. Definitely try having it plain with a bit of salt, it might really help you deal with the nausea.
I know how every little change on your body can make you feel anxious when you've had a loss. Please be reassured that this line is completely safe and normal, it's just a sign of your pregnancy progressing beautifully.
I remember feeling very tired and having mild stomach cramps (potaat dukhne) in the beginning. My delivery was a C-section later on, but the early signs are the same. Rest as much as you can from day one.
Mild stretching cramps are completely normal as your uterus grows, nothing like heavy period pains. But listen, if the cramps are severe or you see spotting, call your doc immediately.
I had some light spotting in my first trimester and got super scared, especially since my pregnancy journey ended with a planned C-section later. My doc told me mild spotting can be normal due to cervix changes, but heavy bleeding is a warning sign. Rest as much as u can and do consult your doctor.
