Hey, my gynac prescribed me this too! It's super common, just like a daily vitamin boost for your eggs. Don't stress too much about it, take your pill, eat well, and let things happen naturally.
I can't give medical advice, but in my case, the doctor's urine test was negative because I tested too early. Two days later, they did a beta hCG blood test which was positive. Personally, I feel blood tests are much more reliable than urine tests.
My gynecologist explained that increased estrogen levels cause more blood flow to the pelvic area, leading to this harmless white discharge. They said it actually helps protect the womb from infections.
If you mean sleeping position, sleeping on your left side is the best as doctors say it improves blood flow. Don't waste money buying those huge, expensive pregnancy pillows right away. Regular extra pillows under your knees and back work just as fine.
It's just pigmentation called linea nigra and it fades on its own. Keep the area moisturized and maintain a good diet. No need to stress about these normal body changes, focus on recovery.
