My periods are not due yet but since 2-3 days i have this dull upper back pain near shoulders. We are trying so my mind is going everywhere haha. Is this even a thing in early days ya im just overthinking?
Im in my second trimester and honestly sitting cross legged on the floor feels the most comfy to me, specially while eating. But MIL keeps saying dont sit like that beta. Is it actually fine ya should i avoid it?
