First pregnancy here and i dont want to just sit all day and gain too much. Want to stay active but safe. What are you ladies doing to keep fit?
There is this weird bitter taste that just stays in my mouth all day, even water tastes off. Im around 9 weeks. Is this a normal pregnancy thing na? how do i get rid of it pls.
Twins run in my husbands family and we both secretly want them haha. Just curious if positions or any herbs actually make a difference or its all just luck. Pls share if anyone knows.
