I've heard about implantation bleeding and am trying to understand more about early pregnancy signs. Can a pregnancy be detected during or shortly after implantation bleeding? I'm tracking my cycle closely.
I love kali mirch in my soup and even sprinkle it on everything yaar. Now im 11 weeks and MIL keeps saying garam cheez avoid karo. Is a little pepper actually a problem or am i overthinking?
