Mood swings are normal, but if you find your anger turning into extreme rage or deep sadness, it is best to talk to your gynac. Sometimes nutritional deficiencies or thyroid issues can also mess with your mood. Better to run it by your doctor to be safe.
I think applying a very small amount on your forehead for headache should be fine. But if the pain is too much, it is always safer to ask your doctor before using anything strong.
Unless your gynac has advised bed rest, using stairs is perfectly fine. Just don't carry heavy bags while climbing and watch your step.
