I got my blood test results back and it mentioned HCG levels. My doctor briefly explained, but I'm still a bit confused. Can someone explain what HCG is and why it's important in pregnancy?

My gynac mentioned baby is in cephalic position at my last scan and i just nodded but actually didnt fully understand. Im 32 weeks now. Is this the good position for normal delivery or something to worry about? someone pls explain in simple words.
