I've been feeling a bit lightheaded and my blood pressure seems to be a little low lately. I'm wondering if having low blood pressure can actually be a sign of early pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this?

Caught a bad cold and im sneezing non stop, second trimester right now. I dont want to take anything random without asking so im calling my doc tomorrow. Just wanted to know what others did for cold during pregnancy.
Been feeling nauseous and threw up twice this morning, period bhi 3 din late hai. Everyone at ghar is already excited but does vomiting alone mean im pregnant or could be just stomach upset?
