Because of my PCOS, any spotting made me highly anxious. Light spotting is common, but with any history or risk, checking with your doctor is the safest route.
It is just your body adjusting to the tiny baby growing inside. For me, sipping warm ginger tea or sniffing a fresh lemon helped a lot. Try eating small meals throughout the day instead of forcing yourself to eat full plates.

I used to track my temperature, cervical mucus, and test daily, which made me so anxious! But really, your fertile window (around 5 days before ovulation and the day of) is the key. Try to stay calm, anxiety doesn't help.
My mother took me to our family doctor at around 7 weeks for the first sonography, and we could hear the tiny heartbeat! Going too early might not show anything and cause unnecessary worry, so wait for your doctor's call.
