I really enjoy the flavour of elaichi in my tea and desserts. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm wondering if it's safe to eat elaichi during pregnancy. Is there any restriction?
Constipation has become really bad in this 8th month and someone suggested cremaffin. Dont want to take anything random without checking. Planning to ask my doc but wanted to know if others used it this late.
Lost my pregnancy last month and its been really hard emotionally. We want to try again but im not sure how long to wait for the body to heal properly. Did u all wait few months? how did u know u were ready?
