Every alternate day is very good when you are trying to conceive. This keeps things natural and stress-free for both of you. God bless you with good news soon.
I just entered my 4th month too and honestly I feel so confused about what is safe and what is not. Is everyone else eating papaya or strictly avoiding it? My mom says absolutely no, but some articles say it's fine in small amounts, what are u guys doing?
It is safe if your pregnancy is normal and doctor has approved. Just be very gentle and communicate with your husband. Hope this helps.
There is actually no scientific basis for checking pregnancy through hands or pulse. My doctor clearly told me that pregnancy can only be confirmed by checking hCG hormone levels in urine or blood. Save yourself the confusion and just get a regular kit test done.
Please be careful because papad is made of lentils or rice starch, and the high sodium can also increase your blood pressure. If you have GD, check how it affects your sugar levels and consult your nutritionist.
