I had a chemical pregnancy last month and honestly i was going through bohot work tension that time. Now i keep wondering if my stress caused it. Did anyone here go through same? Feeling thoda guilty na.

I saw a small brown stain today and my heart started beating fast. I am 7 weeks and will call my gynac if it continues, but I wanted to know if anyone had bleeding or spotting and what happened.
We tried this cycle and im just too eager to know already. Its only been like 3 days since and i keep imagining symptoms. Is it even possible to feel anything this early or am i just overthinking?
