Carpela is a contraceptive pill, so the chances of conceiving are very low if taken correctly, but no pill is 100% foolproof. Just like I had to do regular follow-ups with my doctor for my thyroid, you should consult your gynac to discuss if you missed any pills or want to plan a baby.
