I want my baby to be intelligent and healthy. Are there any specific things I can do, like eating certain foods or activities, to help increase my baby's IQ while I'm pregnant?
I've been having some light spotting and my doctor mentioned progesterone. I was wondering if taking progesterone supplements usually helps stop bleeding during pregnancy? Has anyone here experienced this?
