My doctor keeps telling me to drink a lot of water, and I try to. But I wanted to understand why drinking enough water is considered so important during pregnancy for both me and the baby.
I've been experiencing heartburn lately, and my period is almost due. I'm wondering if heartburn can be an early sign of pregnancy, or if it's more likely related to my upcoming period? It's confusing to tell the difference.
