I've been having a lot of acidity and heartburn lately, which is quite unusual for me. Could increased acidity be an early sign of pregnancy that I should look out for? I'm wondering if this is a symptom many others experienced.

My 20 week scan showed placenta is low lying and now im a bit worried. Doc said wait kar lo it may move up but still my mind is running. Anyone had this and it got fine later?

Lately I feel thirsty all the time and a bit dizzy, mouth dry too. Period is slightly late so my mind is going everywhere. Could this be related to pregnancy or just summer heat? confused honestly.
