In a normal low-risk pregnancy, it is generally considered safe. But since I had thyroid and regular doctor visits, I always preferred asking my doctor before trying anything. Regular checkups are best.
Actually directly toh isse pregnancy nahi hoti because sperm has to enter the vagina. Mera toh pregnancy main bas khane pe dhyaan rehta hai, like right now I am craving hot samosas! But yes, physically it's not possible, don't worry.
