I'm just 20 days pregnant and feeling very anxious. What are the signs if someone miscarries this early? I'm quite worried and want to understand what to watch out for.
I have mild cramping like period pain but my date is still 4 days away. We are trying so im hopeful but also dont want to assume. Is cramping like this normal in early pregnancy?

My cousin just got told she has one pregnancy in the uterus and one in the tube, dono ek saath. Hum sab bohot dare hue hai aur samajh nahi aa raha iska matlab kya hai for the baby inside. Kisi ke saath aisa hua hai? doc se proper baat karenge but I just wanted to know if anyone went through this.
