I'm just starting to learn about pregnancy and all that it involves. Could someone explain what 'pregnancy care' generally entails? What kind of appointments and support are usually part of it?
I've been tracking my ovulation closely as we are trying for a baby. After ovulation, when is the earliest and most reliable time to confirm pregnancy? Kitne din baad test karna sahi rahega?
Me and hubby are trying since last 3 months but no luck yet. Honestly I dont fully understand the timing thing, like which days are best in the cycle. someone pls explain in simple way?
Im veg mostly so always tension about whether im getting enough protein for the baccha. Doc just said eat well but didnt give me a number. Roughly kitna chahiye daily? How do u all manage it?
First pregnancy and me and my husband are a bit unsure about this from religious side. Dont want to do anything that isnt allowed. If anyone knows what islam says about it pls guide.
