Practically speaking, cervical length is monitored during routine scans, and yes, it shortens near delivery. If you have a desk job, try to take small breaks and don't overexert yourself. Keep your doctor updated during your regular check-ups.

Please be very gentle with yourself during this process and don't take too much stress. It's best to track your ovulation days, but if you have irregular periods, talking to your doctor can really help you find the right dates.

According to research and what my gynac mentioned, implantation typically happens 6 to 12 days after ovulation. Therefore, testing around 12-14 days post-ovulation (or on the day of your missed period) will give you the most accurate result.
