I've started getting really painful leg cramps, especially in my calves, during the night. What exactly causes these leg cramps in pregnancy, and what can I do to get some relief? It's quite uncomfortable and disturbing my sleep.
These days i feel so warm all the time, even when others around me are comfortable. Im only few weeks in and havent confirmed properly yet. Is feeling hot a early sign?

Started in early weeks and now im 24 weeks but the soreness is still there, sometimes worse. I thought it goes away after first trimester. Is it supposed to last the whole time? Just wondering if its same for everyone.
