I'm currently trying to raise my hemoglobin too and having beetroot juice every day. My doctor also gave me some iron tablets which I take after lunch. Have any of you experienced constipation after taking iron tablets? How do you manage it?

Haan na, merko bhi lagta tha ki periods aane wale hain kyunki halka cramping ho raha tha, par actually pregnancy ka sign tha! Bas agar bohot tez dard ho to tension mat lena aur doctor ko dikha dena. Baki halka phulka to normal hai!
