Haha yes! In early pregnancy, my hunger was insane, but now in the 3rd trimester, my stomach is so squished I can barely eat two bites without feeling full. Enjoy this hunger phase while you can, just try to keep it healthy!
I totally get your anxiety, I was also terrified of hurting the baby. But unless your doc has advised bed rest or you have spotting, it is generally safe.
We are also trying to conceive, and from what I have read, pudina is just good for digestion and refreshing the body. I don't think it helps with conception directly. Maybe we should both talk to our doctors for proper conceiving tips.

I just delivered my baby, and honestly, a pregnancy pillow was my absolute lifesaver for side sleeping! Sleeping on the left side is the best, but when my hips ached, I would gently switch to the right side for a bit. Just avoid sleeping flat on your back once your belly starts showing.
