I researched this a lot and decided on a breathable chiffon gown. My doctor specifically advised not to wear high heels or tight corsets as they can restrict blood flow and cause swelling in the feet. Go for flat sandals and soft drapes that allow easy movement.
Honestly, I panicked so much thinking my irregular cycles would affect my baby's growth! But my doctor laughed and said it's totally fine once the pregnancy is established. It's very normal, so please don't worry.
