My gynac wrote anomaly scan for next visit and i nodded but didnt fully understand. Im 18 weeks now, is this the detailed one? thoda nervous so wanted to know what they check.

My home test was positive but the blood test at the hospital came back negative and now im so confused. Doc asked me to repeat after a week. Can lab tests also be wrong sometimes? pls share.
