Personally, I just followed what my mother and mother-in-law advised to keep peace at home. I stayed inside, didn't use knives or scissors, and rested on the bed during the eclipse hours. There is no medical proof for these things, but doing it made my family happy.
Actually, celebrity trainers have pointed out that postpartum recovery for them includes strict medically-supervised diets and targeted exercises starting very early. My doctor told me that rushing into heavy workouts before 6 weeks can cause pelvic floor issues. Safe healing is much more important than rapid weight loss.
With twins, my uterus expanded so fast it felt like it was in my throat by month six, haha! Normally it goes from pelvis to belly button and then up.
It's the VIP phase where the baby is basically setting up its internal plumbing! Just take your folic acid, sleep as much as you can, and don't stress.
Please dont ignore an actual fever, especially if high or with chills. Pregnancy doesnt cause fever, but an infection can be serious during pregnancy. Call your doctor and dont take any medicine on your own.
