I'm in my first trimester and instead of gaining, I've actually lost a little bit of weight. What causes weight loss during pregnancy? I'm a bit concerned.
I'm finding it a bit difficult to reach and clean my pubic area properly now that my belly is growing. What are some good and safe ways to keep the pubic area clean and hygienic during pregnancy?
My regular bras have become so uncomfortable now, everything feels tight and my size keeps changing. Im 20 weeks. What kind did you all switch to, any comfy ones you would recommend?
