I honestly don't know the medical reasons, but my own SGPT levels went up a little in my third trimester. My doctor just monitored it with regular blood tests and asked me to avoid greasy food. Every pregnancy is different, so definitely ask your doctor about your specific numbers.
I've been reading up a lot on this because we are planning too! Apparently, the ligaments stretch quite a bit, which causes mild period-like cramps. Let us know what your doctor says when you ask them!

Beta, once your home test comes positive, you can visit the local hospital or clinic. Our doctor there told us to get the blood test done in the second month to check if blood is sufficient and baby is healthy. Do eat something nice and take proper rest, okay?
I am still hoping to conceive soon, but my elder sister told me that during pregnancy, only very gentle leg oiling is done at home. We shouldn't put any weight or pressure on the back. It's better to be safe and ask your gynac first.
