I am in my second trimester now and honestly, I still feel so tired some days. I thought it would go away by now. Did anyone else face this even after crossing the first trimester?
Since I had PCOS, my periods were always super irregular so the LMP method didn't work for me at all. I was so anxious in the beginning. If u also have irregular cycles, just let your doctor do an early scan to know the exact week, don't stress over app calculations.
I just delivered my little one last month at 39 weeks and 2 days. Doctors count a full pregnancy as 40 weeks, but anything from 37 to 42 weeks is considered normal for delivery.
Oranges are definitely safe and full of Vitamin C, but I'd suggest eating the whole fruit instead of drinking juice. Whole fruit has fiber which prevents sudden sugar spikes, which I had to watch out for.
Honestly, I survive on ginger-honey tea because this third trimester acid reflux is no joke. It is safe and keeps my throat from burning, but at this point, nothing can cure my sleep deprivation! Just don't overdo the ginger and you'll be fine.
