Arre absolutely, 6 weeks is ideal. I remember doing mine then, thinking my life was normal... now in my 3rd trimester, I'm just a walking balloon who can't even see her own toes! Good luck!
If your family is strongly against nuvvulu, it is simpler to just avoid them during the first trimester to keep the peace ghar pe. You can easily get your calcium from basic milk and curd instead of arguing with elders.
When I mentioned this to my care coordinator at the hospital, they immediately scheduled a quick urine culture test to rule out any bacterial growth. You should definitely ask your doctor to be safe.
Honestly, lemon water was the only thing keeping me awake and alive during my pregnancy, haha. Now that baby is here, I don't even have time to squeeze one, but go ahead, it's totally safe!
Mera c-section isi high bp ki wajah se thoda jaldi karna pada tha. Stress se aur fluid retention se badh jata hai. Pls aap doctor se baat karo aur rest karo, bilkul risk mat lena isme.
