I think I might be pregnant, but I'm not sure when is the best time to take a home pregnancy test. How many days after a missed period or after potential conception should I wait to take a pregnancy test for an accurate result?
My mom had bp issues in her pregnancies so im a little tense it might happen to me too. Im 20 weeks and so far normal but i want to be careful. Anyone with tips to keep it in check?

My routine urine report showed pus cells and now im a bit tensed. No burning ya anything that i feel. Why does this happen in pregnancy? Will obviously discuss with my gynac but wanted to understand.
