We are not planning a baby right now and im on the pill but i keep getting this tension that what if it fails. like how reliable is it really? just want to feel a little less worried na.

Had my first scan today and the report is full of short forms like CRL, GS, FHR. My gynac explained quickly but i forgot half of it. Can someone tell me what these actually mean so i can understand my own report?
