I've been having a lot of gas and bloating recently, and my period is also late. Can excessive gas be a symptom of early pregnancy? I'm trying to figure out these new sensations.
I've been having some mild cramping and a dull ache in my lower abdomen. I'm in my early pregnancy and getting a little nervous. Does the uterus hurt in early pregnancy, or is this something I should be concerned about?
