Mujhe apni pregnancy ka pata chala hai aur main excited hoon. Doctor ne kab check karne ko kaha hai ki baby ka heartbeat sunai dega?
My hb was a little low in last report and doc gave iron, but I really want to fix it through food bhi. Already feeling thoda weak and breathless on stairs. What did u all eat to keep your hb up? Pls share.
