Even though mild cramps can be a normal sign before a missed period, you should always consult your gynac to rule out any risks. Any pain during early pregnancy phase needs to be monitored by a professional. Please stay safe and get a doctor's opinion.
Periods don't happen during pregnancy. I had some light bleeding along with my morning sickness and my doctor checked me immediately to make sure baby was safe. Please call your gynac.

I completely understand how anxious you must be feeling seeing or not seeing these changes in your body, I was constantly googling this! It can start anytime from the 16th week onwards, or even after birth. Both situations are totally normal, so please breathe and take it easy.
Just delivered 3 months back and I actually had this in my first trimester. My MIL said it is due to body heat and gave me coconut water, but I still called my gynac. She did an ultrasound to make sure everything was fine. You should definitely check with your doctor too.
