Hi ladies, I'm experiencing a lot of muscle cramps, especially in my legs, during pregnancy. It's quite painful. Why do muscle cramps commonly occur during pregnancy?

im 14 weeks and getting these dull pains in lower pet on and off. its not very strong but enough to make me worried. is this the normal stretching wala pain ya something to check with doc? a bit scared honestly.
