According to my pregnancy app, left leg pain is often due to the pressure on the sciatic nerve or blood circulation changes. Wearing compression socks and doing mild stretches helped me a lot. Do check with your gynac if the pain is severe.

I panicked when the doc said I was only 1 cm dilated after hours of labor! But it's totally normal, the cervix takes its own time to open up to 10 cm.

Wait so morning urine really matters? I tested in evening last month and it was faint, confused me a lot. Asking because I'm in the two week wait again now.

Please dont take any allergy tablet without asking your gynac first. Some are okay in pregnancy but only the doctor should say which and how much. Better to confirm than guess.

I dont think this is something to try at home yaar, it can be really risky. Please go to a proper gynac or clinic and talk to them, they will guide u safely whatever u decide.
