Haan, agar koi complication nahi hai toh bilkul safe hai, par thoda dhyan rakhna padta hai na. Apni gynac se ek baar khul ke baat kar lo, bilkul sharmana mat.
Sometimes thyroid fluctuations or hormonal shifts cause this. It's better to get your regular blood tests done and show the reports to your gynac.
Honestly, I ate chocolate cake whenever I felt low, and my baby was perfectly fine. I just made sure it didn't have any raw cream or alcohol in it.
One major don't is avoiding heavy weightlifting or starting any intense new workouts suddenly. I only did light walking and prenatal yoga after my doctor explicitly allowed it in my second trimester. Listen to your body and never push yourself past comfort.
I am in my second trimester now and literally dealing with a blocked nose and constant sneezing daily! I was so anxious thinking I caught a bad virus, but did anyone else feel this way without actually having a fever?
