I love honey and use it frequently, but I'm not sure if it's safe to consume during pregnancy. Can I continue to eat honey, or should I avoid it?
I just had my ultrasound and the report mentioned 'cephalic position'. Can someone explain what cephalic means in relation to pregnancy and the baby's position?
