My mother made sure I didn't miss any doctor appointments. We did the first scan at 8 weeks, NT scan at 12 weeks, and the big anatomy scan at 5 months. Having family around made those hospital visits so much warmer.
I had some light spotting in my first trimester and panicked, but my doctor checked and said it was normal. However, please remember that only a doctor can tell you if it's safe or not. Do call your gynac office right away to be safe.
Please don't try to cure this at home, typhoid requires immediate medical care and proper prescription from your doctor. Put all exercise and walking on hold completely and get absolute bed rest as advised by your gynac. Stay hydrated with boiled water only!
Actually there are three trimesters, 1 to 12 weeks, 13 to 26, and then till delivery. The first one is the hardest with all the morning sickness, trust me yaar.
Mild cramping or pulling in early pregnancy is usually just the uterus expanding. However, it's always best to let your gynac know during your regular checkup just to be safe. If the pain gets sharp or is accompanied by any spotting, call them immediately.
