Can i take stairs in early pregnancy?

We stay on 2nd floor without lift so i climb stairs everyday. Just found out im pregnant, around 6 weeks. My MIL keeps saying be careful with stairs and now im scared. Anyone climbed stairs daily in first trimester?

Can eat raw tomato onion during pregnancy?

We make salad with raw tomato and onion almost daily ghar pe and i love it. But MIL keeps saying avoid raw stuff now. Is it actually fine to eat during pregnancy? how do u all manage.
