I am trying to conceive right now and tracking my ovulation daily, so this is so fascinating! I read that if someone has a short cycle and ovulates early, it can happen because sperm survives for a few days. Has anyone here tracked their cycle and had this happen?
Listen to me, the safest and most reliable way is to always use barrier methods like condoms, or talk to your gynecologist about contraceptive pills. Don't rely on luck or calendar tracking alone.
My tracker app said pasteurized condiments like tomato ketchup are perfectly safe during pregnancy. Just try to limit it if you are prone to gestational diabetes or severe heartburn. Moderation is key!
I had a similar scare and panicked like crazy, but the recovery is actually very smooth. You will feel some shoulder pain initially due to the gas used in laparoscopy, but it goes away in a few days. Just rest well and you will be fine.
No need to buy expensive medicines, just boil a glass of water with some ajwain and sip it warm. Also, try sleeping on your left side as it naturally helps release trapped gas.
