I missed taking my folic acid tablet for a couple of days this week. I'm really worried now. What happens if I miss my folic acid during pregnancy, especially in the early stages?
Im 2 months in and suddenly my face is breaking out like my teenage days, never had this much before. Is this just hormones ya something else? Anyone else got acne in pregnancy, pls share.

Im 8 weeks and the nausea is killing me, my mom keeps saying adrak wali chai will help with the morning sickness. But im not sure how much ginger is ok in early pregnancy. Anyone used it for nausea?
