Please know that this is a very gentle, normal change that happens early in the first trimester due to hormones. After all the IVF struggles, every little change felt huge to me, but this is completely natural.
Haha, at this point, my mood swings are mostly because I can't sleep or bend down to tie my shoes! Hormones start it, but sheer physical exhaustion definitely finishes it.
Hey, don't stress too much, your pelvic bones are just shifting to make a comfy home for the baby! Try not to bend forward suddenly and use a hot water bag on mild heat if it aches. It will get better, chill!
I would strongly recommend not taking evening primrose oil without asking your gynac first. Your doctor knows your pregnancy history best and can tell you if it's safe to start or not.
It's an orally disintegrating tablet, so you just put it on your tongue and let it melt. Don't swallow it with water. Take it only when you feel severe nausea, and always keep your doctor informed about how many you are taking daily.
