SGPT and SGOT are basically liver enzymes. During pregnancy, hormonal shifts or conditions like gestational cholestasis can cause them to rise. It's very important to let your gynac evaluate this, as they might need to run a bile acid test or suggest safe medication.

With my twins, I had to get double the shots to keep everyone safe! Normally, the gynac gives the first one around the 3rd or 4th month and the second one a month later. It is totally routine, so dont worry.
