Actually, research says sitting posture doesn't cause spotting or bleeding. Spotting can happen due to cervical sensitivity or other medical reasons. Since it's a serious sign, my doctor always said to report any spotting immediately, so please call your gynac.
You must ask your doctor before using any nebulizer. Do not self-medicate during pregnancy.
It's a very tender, heavy feeling, sweetie, and completely normal. Your body is just preparing to feed the baby, so wear comfortable wire-free bras to get some relief.
A slight warmth can happen because your body is working extra hard to build the placenta, which I also felt early on. But please don't take any random fever medicines on your own. If it feels like an actual flu, just get checked by your gynac.
That sounds a bit stressful, to be honest. I am in my second trimester now, but early on I was always terrified of any spotting or light bleeding. Have you taken a pregnancy test yet to check, or is anyone else here who had light periods and turned out pregnant?
